Shipping and Return

Dotphy offers complimentary shipping (3-7 days) on all orders. The delivery may be handled by the USPS for USA customers.

*Please note that international orders are subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees charged by the destination country, not by dotphy. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are only charged once the shipment reaches its destination.

You can log on your account at dotphy.com to check your order status.

Check the shipping status of your order with ”Order tracking“. You can log in to your account on the upper right corner and find the "Order tracking" button at the bottom of the website homepage, then go to the Order tracking page to check the logistics status of the package.

The orders in the United States are covered with the customs duties and will be sent directly to the customers without extra charges.

Applicable taxes may be charged according to your shipping destination outside the United States.

About Account

After entering the dotphy.com, find the registration icon at the top right of the home page. After completing the registration, you will receive an email verification about becoming a member.

Of course, you can. Once you place an order, you will be automatically registered as a member via email. you can sign in by email address next time.

We set the email address as your dotphy's account number.

About Order

Our system does not enable us to change your delivery address or your order once you have submitted it. If it is necessary to change and the submission is handed within 24 hours, click the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page and select the subject "Change Delivery Address" to leave your message to us.

Once you have placed your order, you will automatically receive an email with a detailed summary of your purchases. Please ensure that the email address used to place your order is correct as all information regarding your order will be sent to this address. If you haven't received an order confirmation email, please check your spam email, or click the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page and select the subject "Order Confirmation" to leave your message to us. You can also check the status of your order by visiting the Order tracking page. The shipping status would update within 1-3 days, once you placed your order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Wallet. You can also pay in four installments with Afterpay using your Visa or Mastercard.

Once an order is confirmed, it is impossible to make any changes or cancellations. If it is necessary, use the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page and select the subject "Cancel/Change Order" to leave your message to us.

About Warranty

You will need to have the product assessed by a customer service agent to determine if your product is eligible for warranty. Please contact customer service via email support@dotphy.com

Your Dotphy items are protected by a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY against manufacturing defects. This limited warranty is valid to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase from dotphy.com and dotphy dealer. We will replace defective product that meets the above criteria at no charge.

Please be advised that the Dotphy warranty is for authentic Dotphy products including authentic Dotphy lenses, frames, and parts without modification of any sort. Any alteration to lenses, frame parts, or nose pads voids all warranties. Different products are protected by different warranty policy.

How it Works

The warranty process normally takes 1-2 weeks. To start a warranty claim, head over to the Dotphy Warranty Claim Form. To help make the warranty process go smoothly, you'll need the following:

Product name and model

The product reference number. These identify the specific model, colorway, and size. They can be found on the original packaging or on the product page at Dotphy.com.

Photos that clearly show the problem with your product. Check out Warranty Claim Photos for examples.

Proof of Purchase is required for all Dotphy products.

If your warranty claim is approved, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement product to you.

Limitation on Damages

For breach of any written or implied warranty on this product, the consumer is limited to damages of repair of the product or replacement with an identical or equivalent style, at the election of Dotphy. Dotphy is NOT liable for any other damages, such as special, incidental, or consequential damages, resulting from the use of this product.

Manufacturing defects are any malfunctions or failures in the products that occur without an external cause.

*Broken, chipped, cracked, or scratched lenses are NOT a manufacturing defect.
