Your Dotphy products are protected by a LIFETIME WARRANTY against manufacturing defects. If you experience a problem that is a defect in materials or workmanship, Dotphy warrants your goggles for the lifetime of the product, and Dotphy will repair or replace your goggles at no charge. Dotphy has the sole discretion to determine manufacturer's defects. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by misuse of the product, lack of reasonable care, user caused scratches to lens, accidents or loss of the product. You must return your Dotphy goggles to Dotphy Inc, as described below with a proof of purchase. International purchasers please return your goggles to the place of purchase.
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, acts of nature, improper use or maintenance, negligence, impact, or repairs or alterations outside of our facility.
Scratched Lenses
The limited warranty program does not cover scratched lenses and scratched lenses will not be replaced under dotphy Inc warranty policy. Replacement lenses for dotphy goggles and sunglasses can be purchased through your local authorized dotphy dealer or directly at dotphy.com.
Helmet Crash Damage
Damage to the helmet due to impacts, scratches, etc. does not mean that there is any defect in the design or structure of the helmet.
Warranty Return Process
If you desire to return a product for service or warranty consideration, please email support@dotphy.com with the following information:
- Proof of purchase from retailer or dotphy.com shop.
- A photo showing us how it’s broken.
- Your address, as warranty service for non-US customers is managed by our local dealers and distributors in order to provide the best quality service and support.
Once we receive this information we will review coverage under our warranty and get back to you on the next steps as business permits.
Shipments Within the United States
To return your goggles for repair or warranty, please pack them carefully to avoid damage in shipment and ship them via UPS, Express Mail or any other method that allows them to be traced if lost.
We will not be responsible for lost packages or damages incurred due to improper packaging. Be sure to include with your shipment the purchase receipt, your return address and telephone number.
THE OBLIGATIONS OF Dotphy HEREUNDER ARE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF PARTS OF THE PRODUCT FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL DOTPHY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TIME, WAGES OR LOST PROFITS, OF ANY NATURE OR KIND OR FOR DAMAGES TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY. In addition, Dotphy reserves the right to modify, refine, or improve its products and parts including making substitutions, without incurring any responsibility to modify, exchange, replace or repair any parts or products to meet prior specifications. This limited warranty does not cover circumstances beyond Dotphy's control. This warranty does not apply when failure is due to shipping damage, accident, alteration, modification, unauthorized service, misuse, abuse, use with incompatible accessories or attachments. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE WARRANTY OF DOTPHY WITH REGARD TO DOTPHY PRODUCTS AND IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PURPOSE. Specific rights might vary by state or other jurisdiction so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
The Limited Warranty set forth herein constitutes the entire warranty and representation of Dotphy with regard to the Dotphy products. This Limited Warranty shall be controlling over any conflicting terms and conditions of any purchase orders, contracts or invoices which may be executed in connection with the purchase of any Dotphy products or parts. NO representation or warranty made by any Dotphy salesperson, dealer, agent, representative or employee shall be binding upon Dotphy other than as set forth herein.
